Creekside Regular Office / Reception Hours
Unless noted above, the following days and hours are when Creekside’s office / reception will be open to drop-off or pick-up your pets:
- Monday - Friday - 7:00 am to 12:00 noon; 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (closed from noon to 2 pm)
- Saturdays - 8:00 am to 1:00 pm only
- Sunday Courtesy Hours - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm by appointment only
Due to security and accuracy reasons pets cannot be checked in or out when the office / reception is closed.
Check-in and Check-out Policies
Guests may arrive or depart any time during normal business hours.
Checkout Time is 12:00 pm (noon) EST Monday through Saturday. The office / reception is closed on Sunday, however, as a “courtesy” pets may be picked up or dropped off by appointment Sunday between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Owners who pick up by the noon check out time will not be charged for that day. Also, the 12:00 noon check out time will be waived Monday through Friday only for those who have scheduled a complete or mini groom, bath or their pet is participating in daycare. A Saturday to Sunday stay is a two-day minimum.
Directions
From I-75:
Take exit 271 (Chastain Road). Turn left onto Chastain Road if northbound on I-75 (turn right if southbound). Go 1.3 miles and take a right onto Big Shanty Drive (across from Vulcan Quarry). Take the first right onto Lockhart Drive. Creekside Pet Hotel is a quarter of a mile down the road.
From Cobb Parkway:
Turn left onto McCollum Pkwy if southbound on Cobb Parkway (turn right if northbound). Go 1.3 miles and take a left onto Big Shanty Drive (across from Vulcan Quarry). Take the first right onto Lockhart Drive. Creekside Pet Hotel is a quarter of a mile down the road.
