Canine daycare is $20 per session.
Following are the standard rates for dog and cat boarding.
Dogs: Includes bedding, bowls, and outside time three times a day (i.e., morning, mid-day, and evening) for potty break/exercise in private outdoor enclosure. The rates are per day, based on our check-out times.
As of January 7, 2020, we will be increasing our standard rates by $1. The new pricing is reflected below:
Standard Occupancy: $31 per day
Junior Suite without Patio: $33 per day
Junior Suite with Patio: $38 per day
Large Suite without Patio: $36 per day
Large Suite with Patio: $41 per day
Zen Space with Patio: $41 per day
Cats: $17 per day. Our feline friends stay in their own private enclosure, in a dog-free zone of the facility for their safety and comfort. We furnish the enclosure with a full-size litter box, feeding dishes, and a lambskin rug.
Discount is given for siblings that share same enclosure. 20% off for the second pet, and 25% off each additional pet.
Individual play times – $5 per session (up to 2 per day)
Group play times – $10 per day (Monday thru Friday)
Group play for dogs only. Must pass tempt test prior to boarding stay or already be enrolled in Creekside's group play program.
Individual kiddie pool time – $10 per session (up to 2 per day)
Yappy Hour/Meow Hour – $5 per session (up to 2 per day)
Canine Fitness Pool – $20 for up to 30 minutes ($30 for first visit; includes acclimating the pet to the pool for up to 45 minutes) Pool closed for 2020 season.
Nature Trail – $15 for up to 30 minutes
iFetch Ball Toss – $15 for up to 30 minutes
Kennel food – $2 per day. We serve a high protein chicken American-made dry food. Most pet parents choose to bring their pet’s food. Creekside encourages this practice because it’s best for their “furry kid’s” digestion to continue eating the same food they have at home.
Medications – Outside of national or school holidays, we will administer up to two medications at no additional charge. Ask about holidays fees.
Boarding Fee Calculation
Fees are calculated by multiplying the pet’s boarding rate by the number of days. For example, a Monday drop off and Thursday pick up by 12:00 noon is 3 days. The total boarding fee would be 3 x your pet’s rate. This example does not include discounts for multiple pets boarding together or additional fees for services such as playtime, grooming, bath, etc. This also assumes that your pet will be picked up by noon on their scheduled departure date. A Saturday to Sunday stay is a two-day minimum.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Guests may arrive or depart any time during normal business hours.
Checkout Time is 12:00 pm (noon) EST Monday through Saturday. The office / reception is closed on Sunday, however, as a “courtesy” pets may be picked up or dropped off by appointment Sunday between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Owners who pick up by the noon check out time will not be charged for that day. Also, the 12:00 noon check out time will be waived Monday through Friday only for those who have scheduled a complete or mini groom, bath or their pet is participating in daycare. A Saturday to Sunday stay is a two-day minimum.
During holiday visits, we do require a nonrefundable deposit (equal to one night’s cost) in order to secure a reservation for your pet. This is to ensure that your pet has a spot with us during the holidays. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
Creekside reserves the right to cancel reservations when pet owners fail to drop-off during published office / reception hours. Office / reception hours are listed on Creekside’s home page. Due to security and accuracy reasons, we regret that pets cannot be dropped-off or checked-in when the office / reception is closed.
Creekside pricing and service offerings are subject to change. We will honor all confirmed reservations where a deposit has been received for the advertised price at the date and time that the reservation was made. However, if the reservation is subsequently cancelled and the owner wishes to rebook it will be at the current rates.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until Creekside receives a deposit; pet owners have signed and returned a copy of Creekside’s Pet Services Agreement to Creekside, and their pets meet all requirements outlined in the Agreement in particular vaccinations and flea control.
For the benefit and welfare of all Creekside pet guests, Creekside reserves the right to refuse service to pets that do not meet the guidelines in the Agreement.
